Talking about slowing down, today’s “Beautiful Homes of Instagram” is showcasing a recently built urban farmhouse by Rosewood Custom Builders. Slowing down is beyond necessary, not only for our mind and soul, but also for us to make good memories with the people that matter the most. We’re enjoying the first weekend of the summer by playing basketball outside with our kids and going to the beach afterwards. We live in a beautiful part of the county, surrounded by the ocean and have many shingle beach houses as neighbors… this time is, by far, waited and dreamed for, especially after having to endure long and cold winters (like the last one!). When choosing decor in the modern farmhouse style, keep in mind that simplicity and functionality were at the heart of the farmhouses of old.
